Points: 7/10 (Because I know you started v late on in this world)
ABP: 6/10 (Again, because it's pretty good for the amount of points you have + the morale)
DBP: 6/10 (For points it's good and starting on the rim you must have got on a few peoples nerves :p )
Location: 3/10 (rim monsta)
Reputation: 9/10 (I know who you are and what you used to be. So... )
Dread Factor: 8/10 (rawr)

Points: 8/10 ( started later than me and have only recently just been taken over by me on points)
ABP: 6/10 (i reckon you could have more bp, go find them hiding ls)
dbp: 2/10 ( come on you have like nothing )
Location: 2/10 ( your mixed in with an MRA and stuck in the mists of turtles )
Rep: 10/10 ( your a spicy hot babe )
Dread factor: 8/10 ( you need more ls :p )

total: 36/60 not too bad supposing the situation :)

Points: 6/10 Started world late and some cities were given through mass aid
ABP: 7/10 Quite good
DBP: 7/10 Quite good (Lucky you atleast GET attacked)
Location: 5/10 Rim based quite scattered
Reputation: 6/10 Started off as Bad but getting better

Points: 7/10 good, but i think if he puts more time into it, he would achieve a lot more.
ABP: 6/10 could be better with a player this size.
DBP: 5/10 at war with GR and PE, i think more DP should be there.
Location: 8/10 good location, some cities are a bit far from the action
Reputation: 10/10 :) proud to be my leader.
Dread Factor: 8/10

It's tough to rate some allies without having a lot of interaction with them and rating enemies could be found insulting as they would all get 0 Dread, 0 Rep because I don't buy into the hype and lastly 0 Location because if you are my enemy and I'm in your neighborhood your property value is on a steep decline. Nobody had responded to ya so thought I would. Merry Christmas!
