recall a takeover after a city has been conquered

Hi, i've been wondering if it was possible to recall your takeover attack if the city you were taking over already has been conquered in the meantime.

No after the ten minute time that you can recall there is no return no matter what happens it will hit the city even though it has a new owner

Sorry baermanndav, but you are wrong.

The city xxx was conquered by another player, which means that your revolt is over. If you have already sent a colony ship to attack this city, you can now cancel it.

You can recall the CS ship if the city gets conquered by some other player.
