Reducing Number of Cities on Large (Main) Islands.

There aren't enough Grepo players out there anymore to cover a whole world with cities like in the good old days when I had cities in Ocean 2, for example. Nowadays, it's few Oceans closest to the starting O45 that get almost all the action and the Far Rim Oceans hardly even see a city founded there.

For that reason, I think time has come to Reduce the number of City (Slots/Anchor Points) on Large Islands (Islands with Farming Villages) from the default 20 cities to 12. Less maximum cities on Large Islands will mean the need to conquer on more islands as your culture grows, far more islands and oceans will be inhabited and there's going to be action there.

This idea will reduce the number of Empty/Inactive Oceans and Islands which occur on every new world added. Heck, on US worlds, more than half the Game Map is uninhabited! The Game Map is too large, reducing the number of cities will assure less unused space on every world!

This will ensure a more even spread out world, with cities in Ocean 23 and O16 perhaps (for example) vying for a chance to win the game and not only one of the Central Core Oceans like has been the case the last few years.

Grepo Devs lowered the number of Farming Villages from 8 to 6 when they added the Bandit Camps and that went rather smoothly. So why not lower the maximum number of cities per large islands as well?

THE PROPOSAL: REDUCTION OF AVAILABLE CITY SLOTS(ANCHOR POINTS) PER LARGE ISLAND (ISLAND WITH FARMING VILLAGES) FROM THE CURRENT (SINCE 2010) 20 CITIES TO 12 CITIES MAXIMUM.

BENEFITS: MORE SPREAD OUT WORLDS, WITH AT LEAST HALF THE OCEANS CONSISTING OF ACTIVE CITIES AND ONGOING CONFLICTS UNLIKE ONLY FEW OCEANS WITH SUCH ACTION IN THE CURRENT STATE.
