I think it would be an excellent idea to allow troops to be relocated between villages so as to be able to make some villages totally defensive or offensive. At the beginning of the game you have no real choice as you need both in your first village to get started. As the game progresses the only way to change this is to "kamikaze" them. This would allow smaller players a chance to build troops outside the combat area and then relocate them in a larger group, rather than trying to build replacements in a village under attack where they can be destroyed piecemeal. This option works very well in Tribal Wars 2 and do not see why it would not work here.
