Idea: Remove the artemis purification spell from the game

Reason: no attack is safe from the overpowered defensive spells. These spells were designed with the thought that they could be blocked, now they cannot be.

Balance/abuse prevention: this spell is the very definition of abusive.


Thoughts: I hope that whoever created this spell comes to their senses and ends war forever to atone for the magnitude of this collosal stupidity.

I agree. Makes it impossible to get an attack in without losing all your spells on it.

spell is ok but cost to cast is way to low should be at least 400 favor to limit its use

Because of this spell, sending 39LS as escort to CS has become standard. Sniping is too easy now. Gone are those days when we used to send 200LS with CS to kill the last snipe.

I like purification, it gives everyone a chance and lets face it if you have a brain at grep you can send decoys with low favour spell shields to get the opponent to waste favour. I think it has expanded the game play well- send 2 cs instead of 1- get your own attacks and snipes in better there is a solution to every issue it presents

You know you can send multiple CS right? Yes it's a pain but once you identify any artemis city you can farm the favor etc. Or send multiple waves and get them to use it early. I'd maybe agree with it being pushed to 300 favor but other than that nah it's ok

I can't send an ls nuke to farm because some idiot can just purification then sea storm and I'm down 80 ls.

Or we could improve Athena CP spell -
All attacks out going from city cannot be purified ..?



lets face it , we can CP only few city with our 500 favor Quota

Im lost at the farming with Ls nuke bit but maybe i misunderstood - its a balance in a way and i think it is fair, if you are being farmed to hell it is a good deter ant against farming, and again you could stagger attacks to get them to rinse favour, they can only cast Purification on 1 or 2 attacks in reality, you can put aim of huntress on 5 times, helmet 4 times..there is only so much one player can purify, wisdom, and sea storm..I get what you are saying but I think it is balanced. perhaps it should be a 300 favour spell but combine with wisdom and sea storm to hit a 300ls nuke you are using740 favour there with a chance of taking out 30 ls or up to 90ls its a game or risk v's reward like all in Grep

Maybe just change the spell system so that only 1 spell can be cast on an attack (offensively and defensively). This way players will be able to do only one of the following:
1) Purify an attack
2) Cast sea storm

The purification does not perform as advertised and that is the problem. It claimed originally to remove all negative powers affecting a city. Currently it claims "Artemis cleanses a town or a troop unit of mythical influences."

However since city protection is a spelled or "mythical" influence, that can be positive or negative depending on how/why it is invoked and it cannot be cleansed, the purification spell is useless. I don't mind it - just make it perform to requirements.

Spells and Effects..

In regards to the say sakes of differences, I still say favor rather game-played or not. How Effects and Spells are different, and also of such is how basically all mythical units are basically spell based worth of rather being as or not for say what they are.

City Protection also seems to suggest if purification was used then it would be removed while others remain. having use possibly several times to be effective. And at a cost of 200 favor, fewer than several might be of only interest.

But of Spells though than to say find the difference than of not at a time, what should just any common effect say take place it its' means to provide?? Should City Protection say in fail to purification place effects in loss well remaining spell are still retained for no further City Protection to have, unless further provided?? But effects can still have no place of difference for either??

It's a 50-50 scenario for what I would say given what is placed, and first come say first serve seems best applied. Which I say as such if City Protection is first, than that would be worth of loss but any of else would be placed still to be. Otherwise City Protection would be say the flawed place of Purification by stalemate say means in sacks of time, but still in cost loss of use for Purification to find to provide of/with - favor spent is still spent.
