Reporting abuses

Hi,

Just want to know ... if a person calls me and idiot in a message to me (message has just this one word) .. With the title: yeah get those built so i can take them out -- excellent -- see ya tomorrow chump .. (calling me a chump too) ..

And another message titled : you must be the local idiot ...

with the fact that i have more points, more ABP than him and joined the world after him... And now hes blocked me ..

Q1 - Can i report this to some mod to seek punishment (ie does it come under use of abusive language) ..

Q2 - if answer to above is yes, what is the procedure please ?

You can report all inappropriate messages by opening the message and clicking the envelope with red exclamation mark located beside the player name.
