The thing was it was better because we in a way were police (the 15 bar people) we punished really bad or mean posts by taking away green bars as a consequence. IT was a bit better. Now I have no more power.

I never get rep anymore its one of two reasons that I can come up with.
1. I'm a mod and everyone now hates me (unlikely but still possible)
2. Nobody cares about rep anymore because the values are to low
