I've been playing Grepo now for a few years and I think my process for my first city is different than most.
I usually upgrade all the resource production buildings to level 15-20 and then don't level them again until after I have CQ researched. I usually get more than enough resources from farming my neighbors and the farming villages, especially with forced loyalty.
Is it different than most? From what I can tell most people upgrade them to level 25+ around the time they're getting their academy to 28. What do you guys do?
