Resource Production Bug

In one of my cities I am currently receiving 1207 (with Ylestres) wood per hour when I should be receiving 1277 without any buffs

Just removed Ylestres and now the wood production is only 639 per four (level 40 timber camp on a bonus wood island)

Wondered that nobody hasn't answered this... it's due to the militia penalization I think. Your resource production is halved on 3 hours after calling the militia.
