restart not working

I had to restart and was offered all my buildings and tokens that I had , I restarted and was placed in O 65 , I used some event tokens to get started to build troops . when. I closed down the game and opened it up on my PC but found that I was now back in O55 and starting a fresh from the start with no buildings but still had some tokens from the event but those that I had used and were still working were all gone, plus points also had gone but were there when I first restarted

Would you please send a ticket to the support team and we will look into this for you. It is not possible to restart twice within 5 days unless you are conquered so I wonder if you accidentally started a new world or a new server. Either way with a ticket we can help you specifically.
