Why can you not have an account on Rho if you have one on Sigma?:supermad:

Sigma and Rho were the first two 2.0 worlds and they were released within a day of each other. So to make sure that everyone got a chance to play 2.0 when it came out you were only allowed to play one of the two worlds.
