Well anyone who plays Kappa knows about Rising Stars the 11 alliance in the server.We are starting Rising Starts in PI and are active in oceans 56,46 and 45.

hmm, where did you got your alliance name ? :p
I ask it because there is a movie called: Rising Stars = not a good one
but everyone have their own taste :D
