How (if possible) do I cast a ritual, like Nereids, on an ally's city?

If you have "Ritual: Summoning of the Nereids" on a city, every cast of call of the ocean casted when that city is selected will apply nereids on the target city of the spell, if I remember correctly.

You activate the Token,then just cast Call of the Ocean on any city you want.
