Just as a quick update:

Players joining or requesting to join are expected to carry their own weight. If they are learning the game, that means asking questions, if they already know the game, then they should know better than to expect something before they offer something.

In short, You get what you give. Have fun, play hard, make sure you are not caught picking your nose in a skype chat, and we will all do fine.
