Answered Sea Storm protection

It is folklore that SeaStorm can only sink 30% of a party, and therefore, if you keep your attacking ships to less than 70%, the CS cannot be sunk. My question is: are Biremes considered attacking forces for this purpose, or is it only LS and Triremes that need to be limited.

By the way, I would also ask why my earlier question about the App never was answered.

I thought it was 30% of total population of the ships, with the higher populated ships going 1st, meaning biremes would be killed after led amd cs's.

Biremes have attack value so are classed as an attacking escort ships. It's % of fp (free population) used on the cs and escorts so if you have the right figures and build up of fp as escorting ships your cs can't be sea stormed.
