I am not browsing through request sections.

Let me explain it in the different perspective.

It you, who wants a signature, you are the one, who desires to get something. So, instead of posting a passive request and waiting for somebody to deliver you an image, why not be more proactive, find a shop, which is suitable for you, and post your request there.

The phrase: " +rep to whoever gets me the best image", is rather strange. I can understand if there would be some reward for the work, but you get this for free and saying: "+ rep to whoever gets me the best" makes it rather arrogant I'd say. Good luck getting a signature.
