server connection issues

I am just curious if anyone else in the U.S. (or elsewhere) is having issues reaching server en28 only.
I can reach en22 etc, but en28 is troublesome.

I've checked my firewall, rebooted my router, and everything else I can think of.

Anyone else having issues?

not at the moment for me, but Delphi does have sporadic issues for me from time to time

I have problems like that on Byzantium (en26). I get the red flag of death and then I can't log in to that server for an hour. Haven't had that happen here so no idea what it is.
