Minor Improvements Form

Proposal
To put signatures and profile pictures in the Alliance form and after all messages

Reason
Well I like siggies and I always sign "Christian" after all messages. It would save us doing that... but mainly I like the little pictures after!

Details
You can put it in Settings with Siggy/Profile Pic and players can enter it there lik the do Coat of Arms. It would add another tab to the Founder/Leader/Forum Mod/Diplomacy/Invites/Mass mail/Internal Forums thingy (sig/Profile).

Balance/Abuse Prevention
If players disobey alliance pixel rules a founder can suspend their rights to have siggy/profile pic!

i like it but as sjsharks said it would take more time to load
