My simulator no longer fits it pop up window? I can't click simulate as the content is to big for and it is missing of the bottom.

You should be able to move all the pop-up windows around as you please, or try increasing your resolution, might be so low that the window does not fit (hold down Control button and use the mouse scroll to change resolution).

Sometimes, usin' the zoom feture on yer browser can be causin' problems like this.

Or maybe dio tools, has been known to cause problems but not described like this.

Try Ctrl+0 to reset browser to proper zoom size.
Also if you are using Firefox (or another browser) then try Google Chrome. Grepolis seems to work way better in that.
And if your monitor resoultion is 800x600 or lower then there's no fix other than to get a bigger monitor/better pc.
