I didn't take it that way my friend. I'm just stating my opinion which is Indie won't sink, remember we climbed into the Top 12 and have done that from something like 35th so dropping a couple of places when being hit pretty hard by a very good alliance like EN is no big deal.. I'd like to see how others hold up to them. Some quit in a much shorter time than we have, difference is we won't implode.

EN are doing a good job but we aren't taking it lying down. We never have and never will, Indie aren't glory hunters, just good people who get along well without any drama. We play for fun and losing cities and getting beat sometimes is all part of the game. Anyway victory tastes sweeter when you've suffered losses. Makes you appreciate them all the more.

That's not what happened to Indie in Sinope. And no drama with players like flybydevil is a joke.

I'm still hanging in Abdera, just for s and giggles.. as I've said multiple times before I let myself get rimmed as I decided to focus 100% on Sinope again and win that battle. I haven't joined any other worlds for that reason too.

This world was your chance to fight the real EN that you go on about so much.

Seriously, what sort of alliance just watches while the number 1 alliance walks into their ocean, takes cities where the hell they like, and just accepts it because they are picking up a few dregs. Two months down the line WIB will be wondering why they are getting rimmed, of course, by then leadership will have taken up the offer of a place in EN so they wont care.

What sort of NAP agreement even is that. "En agree not to attack WIB but in return will take cities where the hell they like in their ocean".. Great deal you got there

This is why EN Win worlds, because other alliances are just stupid.

So top 2 alliance branches in the world En and En2 pact with 4th and 5th ranked Written in blood etc..

1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, all pacted

Nice to see EN employing their standard tactics and killing the server.

Pretty pathetic really, and equally pathetic from the blood group.

think its pretty pathetic on WiB's part to be honest, 4th and 5th on the server, adjoining ocean with 1st and 2nd on server, why the hell would you pact and basically kill off those oceans? Especially when the pact involves you handing over a bunch of cities to EN.

Of course we all know what will happen, and in a few weeks time Wib will drop out of the top 12, EN will control their former ocean and they will be scratching their heads and wondering "how did this happen"

Well 6 were a player who went on holiday, didnt activate vm and was barely defended

Of course EN took cities, it was their offensive op. Generally offensive ops do result in city takes.

The shaft-blood thirsty=1-1
the shaft-blood whatever=0-0

What i do love is now the players from Written in blood are all over externals like they are the greatest thing alive and trying to claim EN's victories as their own. Weve even got WIB players quoting EN stats as if they are part of En...

Lets get one thing straight Wib.. You aint EN, you aint good enough to be EN, you never will be good enough to EN, so stop trying to claim their victories as your own. Most of you aint good enough to be in JTT

Fact is, yes, EN ran a good offensive op and took a good lot of cities (but conversely also lost an awful lot of offence and a lot of CS)

WIB, you did sweet naff all, unescorted attacks, throwing troops against walls, and have lost cities to JTT group hand over fist. Please stop riding EN's coat tails and thinking you had some part of their success this weekend. you didnt.

If you were any good you wouldnt be hiding behind the #1 alliance on the server, but you wont break pact with them because you are scared. Still want to be pacted with JTT though. Laughable.

I of course disagree. Those are just a few posts, all of which highly oppose EN's playing style and being. So why seek out joining the very alliance you oppose so highly? You as the player have all the power in the world as to which alliance you go to.

Its funny yes but perhaps in a different humour that you see it. It just proves numbers wins out. WW is a game of resource trading. Surprise surprise more players = more resources. Thanks for helping me solve that that enigma code of a mathematical equation.

Now I'm not denying there is some very good players in EN many i have played with, but there is undoubtedly a lot of very average to garbage players as well. Low and behold they too have crowns. What EN does well is mask the dirt through sheer numbers and of course well coordinated leadership.

No doubt ....some noobs amidst an ace team... but u know what... we enjoy playing together...we like the banter, the camaraderie.... the smell of the kill ... and EN is the most inclusive alliance I have played with... this is the only alliance where an enemy who has distinguished himself in one world can become a founder/leader in the next....this is the only alliance I have seen that will take in a noob.. only cos in his covering letter the noob was full of enthusiasm.... i guess if u are accusing us of not being nazis ... u are right - we arent

this also reflects in the near fanatic team spirit.... but i guess this is alien to many... most wouldnt know it.. if it jumped off the road and bit them in the ar$e

The point was ENs fundamental success is from being a well drilled MRA. My interactions with players who msg me simply because I revolted them is quite astounding. Its like they thing they are gods gift to grepolis due to the historical success of the alliance banner they fight under. They are so deeply offended that they would get attacked (in a game based on such concept) that I find it almost amusing. Of course I this is a generalisation but I'd say 30-40% of players I have attacked from EN this occurred ..

I meant this in context to EN not being a superior exclusive "aces only" team.... where we shun everyone but the best of the best... as some believe should be the case (akin to the Nazis) .... here the word 'Nazi' is used loosely as the opposite of 'MRA'

I agree.... many have this sort of reaction and should not... and I dont argue to condone ... but that is in part due to ur gameplay style... which btw I like as u are no doubt aware...

Personally I take immense pride in being part of EN... but not paticularly for my gameplay...which can be pretty predestrian many times...lol
