Well, it looks like beginners protection is up, and who is that soaring up the ranks of battle points? OMG! I believe it is Smash Bros =]. Here are the current statistics:-

Best attackers - players

congratz metaldazer #1 ranked attacker in the world.
out of top 24 attackers we have 9 members ranked.

Best fighters

metaldazer is ranked #1 as well for best fighters.
out of top 24 fighters we have 7 members ranked.

Best attackers - Alliance

Smash Bros is ranked #1 with 518 points, almost 300 points more than the Aetolian league, coming into 2nd place with 234 points.

we have no attacks on any of our members yet so no defending ranks.

We are the best fighters as well as best attackers =].

We only have 26 members but are ranked 1st in BP!!!

I wouldn't brag about having killed so many units. Especially metaldazer, having killed 173. How many units has he lost to get that number? I wonder.

Perhaps. But I'm certainly not envious of the enormous troop losses both sides had to take.

Hardly, I've gotten 32 BP with no more than 5 troops losses.

That's a few villages' worth, and with the number of losses from hoplites that seems plausible if you had some good luck. But 173 killed with less than 6 deaths?

Yeah, I have no idea how much he lost.

But he did win our bet of who gets 100 BP first, so hes getting LOTS of resources as a award.

Lots of people were annoyed because he'd won and BP hadn't even ended for them yet.
