paros only has 17564 players (17155 with more than 0 points), i'm not sure what the cap is for players though.

i'm sure it was something like 60000/worldspeed, which would make it 30k player cap in paros :heh:

Ay, speed 2 is around the 30k mark.
17k is under the speed 3 cap.
