No. If you've clicked the disband button... You've disbanded an alliance.

Ok, first of all merging is moving into another alliance and shut shutting the alliance down when the merge has been completed. That is called merging.
Disbanding is deleting an Alliance and is not known anymore.
LoDa merged into LoDa (2 branches) so suck it up.
