theater should be paired up with merchant ok?
because they are the 2 most useless thing i ever seen ....

lol. Theatre saves you 5k/6k/5k resources per culture point every time you hold a play instead of a festival! So 4 plays ~ same CP as 3 Festivals :D

who would use res? BP is easier to use.

I like this idea, having 4 of those buildings is a tradeoff anyways against population as they all take 60 population each. In that sense you can't really abuse it by having them all because you're sacrificing troops for it to offset the advantage.

Library should allow you to research everything and merchant shop should suck less (as a side note xD).

Yeah, if this idea gets implemented, I might make another thread asking to improve the library, and merchant shop :D

you should put it together, improving special building.
And as i said earlier the SB(special building) must be that so you cannot get all the good ones, you will have to sacrifice one for another.
we don't want to make it too easy ;)

That's why all the buildings have been paired up with another building of roughly equal value :)

it not about equal value it about what people want, what we think are useful

thermal bath and divine statue....
are both wanted.

it still useless because you use bp not res for culture point.

If BP were the only things you used to gain CP, you would have a very little number of villages since you need CP to reset technologies as well as to take over enemy villages :)
