Shops are too much works and i got too many requests that I didn't like making (mstly because of crap renders and too specific themes) So i Closed it.

It's not harsh.
They're requesting something from you.
You have no reason to do what you ask, other than the fact that you may want to.
Don't like the request?
Just say no to it.
