It would appear that there is a slight bug in the early build times for temples on the world Dimale at the very least.
Levels 7-8 of the temple seem to have drastically reduced times to build over the previous level upgrades with the same senate level, one would presume this is not intended as build times increase again at level 9.
The build time was less than half that of the previous level and was able to be completed immediately with the "Free build" option unlike the previous temple upgrade level. I have tested this on more than one city and it doesn't seem like an off chance.
