Hey, I didn't plan on playing Nu. Don't judge me. 
In any case, here is Jaggius, starting an alliance in Nu.
This is similar to my requirements for all the alliances I make, and so:
Points: I myself have only recently started Nu, and so, I am in no position to judge players on points. However, we don't want just anyone. Be in the 300-400 point range.
Activity: Need I say more?
Experience: Again, do I? Just to make sure, you have to have played on other worlds before.
