I don't get colonising.. I've never colonised a city ever.. why would you? In fact its a rule in Evo not too.. I've booted people for that.. what a waste of a slot

that's SIMple.
a CITY is a source of troops... irregardless of how it was founded.
true, a colonization takes MORe time, but upON completion, those troops are just as effective as any others.
