Well, I'll be off to college in around 2 weeks, essentially the 24th of July, 2014. So, I would like to ask you guys about some essential things that one should remember in college

My advice is that there are huge differences between countries so don't take every advice given for granted. :p

Never leave anything in the communal fridge/cupboard/area unless you are donating it to whoever else has access, plus their friends/acquaintances/one-nighters.

Study hard make friends
Don't get married in college; you'll drop out quickly
Don't eat mcdonalds that often

Don't get so caught up in the new life you're about to have that you end up losing both yourself and your enrollment. Have fun, make friends, live it up - but keep it in moderation. Don't let your new freedom end up putting you in a bind.
