we all know if you want fame, you either start a MRA (for fame during the beginners protection period, but hey, people do strange things for 5 minutes of fame, so a week of fame is not bad), Or you fill up an alliance with Sim city players, because we all know its the points that count, right? Right!

So i started up excell, copy and pasted and used some tricks of excell a bit and made up a list of top 12 alliances based on battle performance.

so, discuss, dismiss, start up another MRA or totally ignore this as you see fit

US clearly aren't any ones target. Damage incorporated are obviously attracting more attention than most. The BP people seem to be an alliance which is made up of good players but lacks strength in numbers although they are a bit targeted.

The fact that they have 17 members isn't a big deal if they are really tight, active, and sheer awesome.

yeah which they are I mean they are beating alliances 3 times their numbers.

exactly ;)

The numbers would become a factor agianst a Krypteia or United Symphony though.

numbers definitely matter, in the long run, activity and online responding cannot hold out in a prolonged war of attrition, then more numbers mean more reserves.

Often however (not always) more numbers also means more ppl who think someone else will help out and as such the response and helping out actually decreases. Its often the leadership of an alliance that ensures more numbers actually do matter

I mean a bunch of inactive simmers will always be useless.
