yes. thats the way to go. although imo clustering would also have to be measured. for peeps that have been playing before all the gold abuse started, clustering was no1 factor of dominance and showed how really good an alliance was. in 2nd gen servers, if an ally wasnt clustered, it would have been demolished within days. now the myths are flyin like crazy, takin a city far away isnt much of a problem, if player very active. hope it makes senseYou could rig the number Alex to account for various factors...active enemy conquers in the core would count the most, followed by active enemy conquers outside the core, followed by inactive enemy cqers in the core etc. You could come up with a system that measures "dominance" and I think it would work very well.
