Not a Bug tRADED GOODS DISAPPEARING.

I shipped 5700 wood from one of my cities (Izmir) to another (Bodrum)
In game message says it was delivered but total wood in city is 3700...no delivery was made.
What is going on.

Do you have the capacity in your warehouse to store that amount of resources in the city that they were sent to?
