What we're running on the forum isn't the event being run ingame in place of the Advent Calendar if this is what you are wondering.

This is just some bonus competitions for players to have a chance to win some extra stuff. There will be a normal ingame event coming soon.

whats wrong with beta calendar? for years now we had the same christmas event while all other events were evolving and getting buffed over time. this time last year the christmas event was soooo underwhelming compared to the other events at the time, im happy for a change.

The advent calendar isn't the event, its just a side show for players to waste time on when they should be playing the game .. the event is on wiki for what its worth .. nothing special
