When it says you if you log in after before 24 hours have pased, do you lose all the 48 hours you have to wait to get it started, a guy i know says it does not stop, if i want it this satarday, i should start it thursday morrning? if i log back on soon after enabling it, for example thursday evning, does it stop

If you enable vacation mode on Thursday morning, vacation mode will begin on Saturday morning. You can login and build buildings, train troops, and such until the vacation mode starts.
