Tell everyone on this forum what ocean you're in and your player name in Iota...

Also in the game itself, look around the cities near you... if you see a city that is in an alliance, contact them and see if they have room for you. Make friends. =)

Try looking around on the map. Or you could check Ocean rankings but dat's a little cheap.
