ok nice excuse.I have seen that player attack us and defend during your guys attempts to conquer one of our members.
So once his army was destroyed from helping your members we went after him then you kicked him like he was useless.

Every time one of your members are about to be conquered you boot them.

if they don't help. Players who send Bireme's attacking on a conquest attempt, don't exactly qualify as "helping" lmao.

lol yeah I have attack reports from him that are better attacks or support reports I have seen you send.

lmao, kay. So why don't you come after me personally if I'm so bad? I'd love to see that ;)

and you find this funny?
its a bit disgusting to see an alliance leader laughing about the incompetence i war of his members, if you take in new guys its your responsability to train and teach them the game, if they attack with biremes its your fault and your fault only

I find it hilarious. It's posted all over our forums, NEVER SEND AN ATTACK WITHOUT LS ESCORT, EVER. All members are told to read our guides when they join, If they wish to ignore that, they're problem not mine. I'm not a babysitter.

Wrong.
That is not what being an alliance leader is about.
Funny how noobs think being a leader means being The Boss, an alliance leader has to work harder than anyone to keep the alliance well, he is the slave of his members because he does not even get payed.
When it comes to alliances and war squads any mistake of the members is a mistake of the leader.
You are nit a babysitter, but it is your duty to make sure all of your members know how to fight, not just assume they read your "guides" and assume they understand it.
If you are not willing to put effort in teaching and supervising ,then leading an alliance is not for you.

Oh how I do NOT miss being an alliance leader.

It's like being a :ref, judge, Jury, taxi cab driver, kid, mathematician, strategist, has-to-know-everything gah.

Leaders are not meant to be dictators, they're there to point the alliance in a direction and let the machine do the moving.

Sure they might be a bit crazy at times, but look at who's following them.

"Sorry, i had no LS, so I put biremes in the attack because they have some offense".

REALLY! DO YOU ALSO PARK IN THE NO PARKING LANE AND SAY YOU"RE NOT PARKED!?

Really.

A leader needs to know what is best for the alliance, not themselves. Coordinate, be political with other alliances and players. Know when to draw a line, and to back off.

on a side note, if you want someone to train your members, get them to attack me. I'll give them pointers.

leader.

I have too many war fronts going on, to sit and micromanage 70 players. I do my best, but when players absolutely do not wish to take advice, they are not worth my time. I have active members to help protect, my own conquests to worry about, which I never even ask for support on. Don't even post my own business in the forums, just do it on my own and post damage once I'm done. I deal with diplomacy, and intake anywhere from 50-100 messages a day. I am only one person my friend (; I have brought up so many new players that are now top players of my alliance it's not even funny. At a certain point in Sigma, I had to say no longer can I help the noobies, and focus on my core players. I don't need pointers on how to run an alliance, and I do understand the work behind it, trust me. But you must set priorities at some point (;

Keep attacking Nayr, and getting sniped sativa. That'll net you a few BP here and there (;

Wow, you're war is going crazy :p

On a side note, The Republic seems to be eating DBD villages, but it seems D.N. just ate 1 The Republc player in 2 hours, and a bunch more cities :p

DW, the only cities you take of the Republic are ones we kicked due to inactivity... DN is hitting us like crazy... If they turn towards you, and eventually they will... They will eat you... Especially Gulio and Euro (Gulio is mean :p) Although I did snipe Gulio's C.S. perfectly the other day, within 30 seconds after land. Give a boy props Gulio :p
And we did not clean house because of you DW....
Thanks for the lessons Gulio :D They hurt but the best way to learn is to fight...
