Where are the anchors?

I just posted a question to support about why can't I get any free anchors to send links to friends who might want to play.

The answer wasn't pertinent. It just said Grepolis fills new players into a concentric circle. I asked if that meant links are not applicable any more and got bupkiss.

Is this a feature or a bug? Do I tell my friends "you're on yer own pal"?

Well, i think anchors for inviting new players near center of the world - will be available again in a couple of weeks. After small inactive cities ghost and disappear.

P.S. It is somehow very weird indeed. There are islands with not all slots occupied, but also without anchors...

I think that anchors shows only on your island if there are slots open, if not u have friend invite > via link > "Invite a friend as close to me as possible " option...
