I am trying to find out what happened to 30 transports. The harbor says I have 30 and I did, a little while ago, now it says I have 0 available. I cannot find them anywhere. Not supporting or attacking. They are not listed in the outside troop menu and my city still lists 30 for this city. I need help because I can't build anymore because the population has already been accounted for in the 30 boats the computer says I have, somewhere. Help, please
