Please show us a screenshot of the original report (the published reports do not show BP gains). Also, it sometimes takes a short bit for BP to show up (if it has taken more than a couple hours, then there is an issue). Please show us screenshots.

ok think I understand why. report doesnt show the BP I gain coz I didnt won the battle. sorry to bother. you can lock the thread.

To take a screenshot on Windows, use the "Snipping Tool", I'm not sure on a Mac.
Then upload the file on a site such as TinyPic, following the directions to post it on the forum.
Update: Didn't see the previous post. The post right before this one is correct.

Just because the BP earned does not display on the report, does not mean you did not earn any. If you do not see any BP increase after 24 hours, please submit a support ticket and a moderator will be able to assist you further there.
