Dear Players,
Currently large numbers of users are having issues playing the game, there are 2 errors currently;
1) Virgin Media users:
If you use Virgin Media you will need to visit this thread on their support forums. They have changed some settings recently resulting in severe problems for people accessing european websites. This is an issue that will need to be raised with Virgin, as the Grepolis Team are unable to fix this for you.
2) White Screen / Response issues solved by refreshing
Large numbers of players are having issues with the page not loading correctly, this can be solved by refreshing the page, we are currently working on this, please bear with us.
