I know this is old but the same thing is happening with me and its very frustrated because I cant keep draggin a laptop everywhere

Make sure you are trying to log into the international version of Grepolis on your phone, you can change this when you first start the app using the dropdown at the bottom of the screen. If it still doesn't work you should submit a support ticket from here: http://support.innogames.de/login/to/game/grepo/market/en
