Why I cannot have the option to change the city skin

I am a player of Grepolis since ETA with Chaos Rising. That was more than 10 years ago. I have played on and off ever since. Now I am playing a world Elis, but I am not granted the option to change the city skin. Anyone, any idea?

You can see when your account was created in the vacation mode settings. Take a screenshot and submit a ticket. This should help

If you deleted your account anytime during your off time you will only be credited for when you last restarted that account.

I've already gone through this as I started playing this game back on the first server (en-1 alpha) and have forum post to prove it but they still won't credit me because I deleted my account a couple times thinking I'd never come back to the game......Good luck
