Not a Bug Wifi runs constantly

I'm using an iPad and my wifi indicator use to stop. The game use to run and load smoothly. Now it freezes up the wifi is always running, it takes forever to load. I might as well be running an old 8088. Like I said it didn't run like this before the last update. I'm running iOS 7

Please clear your cache and/or try using another browser. Issues like this pop up after every update and are always fixed by following this simple step.
