How can a war start in the core if LEGION has full control of it??

PS: Since LEGION and LEGION II is acting as one alliance in every aspect, in further maps, you can easely mark them in 1 colour.

Just for the record, all I did was download his program and run it.

Euhm, the hives are one alliance and we're currently the fastest conquering alliance of world iota (cfr grepostats).
