Proposal World settings info accessible from within the world

I often end up forgetting some part of the world's settings once I've joined. To access this info, I need to go to the external forums and find the right page. It'd be much better if this info was accessible from within the world somewhere.

Not sure where to suggest it to be put in the UI though.
