Anyone know what happened to this map tool? To me, it is the best map tool out there, no offense to the makers of the others

It looks like the Domain no longer exists. Maybe the creator didn't renew the domain name.

I think someone let the website expire. The programming was pretty solid, but I suppose keeping up a site costs money.
