There was an all in one view option where the player could switch from barracks to harbor or to senate and it would not open a new window but change the current display to what is desired.
That was secretly removed as it is not in the release notes. Having to sift through all these windows is a pain in the rear. Scrolling down to 1 only limits the windows of the same type opened.
This needs to come back... the option should not be taken away from the user for that is a play-style. If others want 1 million windows that is their prerogative.... but do not force me and the others that feel like me to conform to that way.
