What will you do to increase activity in your alliance forums?

Is this to find ways to get people more active in the alliance forums in your alliance in Lambda?

I would suggest adding areas for general banter and where you can just release some pressure. Add some threads for games and such. Also, send a mass-mail to your alliance letting them know about those areas.

If the alliance has a skype chat then the forums arent needed so much but if you run an activity test in the forums to see who is checking them every now and then you have an idea of who isn't and you can tell them to get their butt onto the forum and communicate (nicely though :p)!

set up a place where people can talk, off game. the most stupid games as counting and such often have very good succes. mayby add a discussion area like we have here on the forum, that also does wonders and creates a sort of ''we'' feeling.

besides people that after having recieved various messages telling them to come on the forum still don't show up, you should kick. after all an alliance is about working together.

i just think that if people want to look at the forums it helps them but if people comment other than the leaders it can cause problems in connected forums but if you show activity in the forums it shows you have an interest in the alliance
