He posted 3 alliances, that you must say which one you want to fight, wich one you want to be allies with, and which one you want to disband rather than doing any of the other two.
Each option may only be applied to 1 alliance at a time.

After you've done that, you must set up 3 alliances so the next one can do the same, stating everyones opinions about the alliances.
I'll do this one, just watch and you'll see how it works.
