Not a Bug Battle Points when BP isn't over

Hasn't he just attacked a Ghost town?

Edit: Yes, there is a Ghost town on his island.

This player has a ghost town on his island, which he looted. Beginners protection only applies to human players, which a ghost town is not. The ghost town had 11 swordsmen defenders. This explains the 11 BP he received. The player, or anyone else on the island should not be able to gain any more BP form this city.
